Auger Dosing
Brief Description
- for dosing of powders and fine granules
- 1 to 10-lane versions available
- simplex or multiple dosing possible
- individual servodrives for each dosing auger
- per lane separately controlled dosing augers ensure highest weight accuracies at best possible product protection, even for small dosing volumes
- frequency-controlled motors drive the stirrers on top of the auger funnels as well as the agitators at the product hopper
- tendency control of the dosing volume in combination with downstream check weigher

Flap Dosing
Brief Description
- for dosing of free-flowing, low dusting granules and powders
- 1 to 4-lane versions available
- compact, rigid and durable construction
- all parts in contact with product are made of high-grade stainless steel respectively other, food-grade materials (FDA-compliant or comparable)
- exchangeable format sets for each lane ensure high weight accuracies at best possible product protection, even for small dosing volumes
- low maintenance
- fast and simple cleaning of the dosing flaps
